Thanks for checking in! You beat me to it! Everything went great on Saturday with Side Effect. Our Clients were VERY happy and the vocal quartet was so impressive! Sandy was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating to all requests. Keith was a really great tech as well and so nice and flexible with the on-site setup. I know the loading dock was a bit tricky for them and took a while to get all items up to the 4th floor. Luckily, everything was set and ready just before doors opened in the ballroom!

They were so fabulous! Side Effect followed all the instructions I sent, right down to playing the only modern song I mentioned, Happy. The rest of the songs were Motown or classic rock and I have to say, whenever I fought my way up to the front, it was a great mix of young and old. I have been meaning to email you! The band was AMAZING! I cannot tell you enough how awesome they were and how much people are talking about them. My only complaint was that they couldn't be louder, but that complaint is directed to the hotel and their sound rules, not at all towards the band ;-) I wish they could've played all night! And please apologize to them for some of my friends taking the stage to sing...hopefully they didn't mind ;-) Thank you for all your help, it was such a great night and the band was a main reason for that!

I just wanted to send you a note of profuse thanks. Side Effect outdid themselves on Saturday and exceeded my wildest dreams. They had the whole room up and dancing from the moment we finished our first dance until the hotel (and most of Beverly Hills) lost power. They kept the tempo upbeat and played fantastic songs. We had an absolute blast last Saturday and couldnt be more pleased with Side Effect! They were absolutely amazing and everyone loved them. My friend wants to hire them for her dad's 70th!

As you know, it takes several elements working together to make a great party; venue, the right combination of people, libations just to name a few. You can have all of these aligned and perfectly situated but without the music you may have many things......but not a party. We had a PARTY at the Forde/Wilson wedding on April 20th, 2012!!!
The band was "Absolutely Great!", "The Best Ever!", "Fantastic!", "Fabulous!", "Unbelievable!" just to name of few of the accolades expressed by our guests. They brought the house down with their amazing sound, incredible vocals and widely varied tunes from the 60's the present day. The appeal of the music across the wide spectrum of our guests taste and preferences had everyone on their feet dancing and having the time of their lives! The crowning touch was the "zoot suits" and the personal interaction of the guys on the dance floor had everyone feeling like family. It was truly amazing to watch!!
Of course, prior to the PARTY, there was the ceremony and the absolutely beautiful job Amy Keyes did with the two solos. Her sound was exactly what Mark and Kelsey wanted. Her soulful rendition of Bridge Over Troubled Water touched the hearts of everyone. I have referred many folks to her YouTube duet with Phil Collins as well as her single Everytime I Close My Eyes. She gathered a boatload of new fans!
